“Bobby” the gentle giant Percheron had an important and successful career as a respected and beloved police horse serving the Albany comm
unity.
He went to ‘Camp PInnacle’ for the summer but was unable to call the mountain facility his forever home. Long Shadows stepped up, and now Bobby, seen here with farm manager Tabitha and below frolicking with his new friend Buddy is forever home with us.

“Helping a horse that served his whole life in one way or another to help people, fits right into the mission of Long Shadows,” said LSCF President Arlene Lotters. “Plus, we instantly fell in love with him! We’re looking for donors to sponsor Bobby. He’s a people horse and would love to have sponsors who would come and visit him!”
